The Heartbeat(s)
Today we heard our daughter(s) heartbeat... still not sure if there are one or two hearts beating - but we definitely heard it. Here... listen for yourself.

We are officially "DTC". Our dossier is in China. It will be about six weeks before we receive an official date called the "LID" or the log in date. That log in date determines when our referral picture will come to us from the China Center for Adoption Affairs. At this point, the wait from log in date to referral is about seven months.
I finished teaching my summer class at UNCA today. So now I have one month to get my act together before school begins again. It's time to catch up on my scrapbooking, start the life book (a baby book for adoption), and have that Pooh nursery read for one or two little girls.
