D'Plane D'Plane--Stephen's Entry
One hour to go on a 14hr direct flight from LA to Guangzhou, China. It was quite nice. The American companies could learn a little about food preparation from the Chinese. It is airline food, but the presentation of it is so much more artistic. Lorraine and I are very rested and it feels like morning, which is is in China. It's 4PM on the 25th in Asheville now and 5AM on the 26th in China. So, I guess I'm glad it feels like morning.
One of the blessings so far NOT realizing we forgot something important. Our next agenda item is to land in Guangzhou and go through customs. Then we wait a couple of hours at the airport and take a three hour flight inland to Kumming in the Yunan Province.
Since we never received the promised itinerary that's where our information ends. We're guessing we will not go directly to the orphanage, but wait until Thursday morning. But that's just a guess.
More later.
